We are looking for competent customer service agents who have sound written English skills to support UK business requirements. Sound knowledge of British English is a must. Moreover, a good understanding of how to use the internet to accomplish necessary tasks online and fast typing is required to be successful in your application.
You will be working as a part of our team of web developers, graphic designers, other customer service representatives and digital marketers. You will be able to work side by side with digital marketers, and as a customer service representative, you will be making sure that the expectations of UK and EU customers are well managed for the projects that we have at Asset Digital.
You will be working from our Kuliyapitiya-based office in Sri Lanka, and this is a full-time position. Our working hours are from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, from Monday to Friday.
