About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & Lead Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with oversight of our lead-counting system, ensuring both financial and operational accuracy. As our accountant, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying their accuracy and scheduling payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check the correctness of supplier invoices
- Schedule payments
- Manage day-to-day accounting using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Oversee UK VAT submissions and payroll processing
- Perform bank reconciliations and support financial audits
- Assist in the budgeting process and internal financial reviews
- Monitor and verify the quality of UK-based leads through our lead-counting system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure lead data accuracy and reporting efficiency
In exceptional circumstances, you will be required to process payments and prepare invoices on weekends and mercantile holidays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good in English (both written and verbal)
- AAT, ACCA, or CIMA membership -preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in financial statement preparation, UK VAT handling, and payroll management welcomed but not necessary
