About the Role:
This role focuses on taking over the AI development responsibilities previously handled by our AI developer Juan, requiring a deep understanding of AI model development, image recognition, natural language processing, and customer service automation. The successful candidate will work closely with our international team to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Model Development: Develop and train AI models capable of understanding images and text for customer service and sales automation.
- Image Recognition: Build and refine image recognition models to analyze images supplied by clients, create inventories, and automate processes.
- Natural Language Processing: Develop AI models that can understand and respond to customer service queries in multiple languages.
- Customer Service Automation: Develop AI-powered tools to automate customer service processes, such as customs clearance support and sales inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, web developers, and other team members to integrate AI solutions into client projects.
- Innovation: Research and implement new AI technologies to enhance Asset Digital’s service offerings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong programming skills in languages relevant to AI development.
- Experience in developing and training AI models, including image recognition and natural language processing.
- Knowledge of customer service automation and sales processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international team environment.
