About the Role:
As our AI Engineer, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between emerging AI technologies and real-world marketing solutions. Rather than just writing lines of code all day, you will act as our internal AI visionary—researching, testing, and implementing tools that boost our team’s productivity and maximize the ROI (Return on Investment) we offer our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Innovation: Continuously monitor and analyze current trends, breakthroughs, and tools within the global AI industry.
- Process Mapping: Audit current company operations, workflows, and digital marketing processes to identify where AI can be meaningfully integrated.
- Problem-to-Solution Matching: Actively spot operational bottlenecks or client challenges and match them with appropriate AI solutions.
- R&D Testing: Experiment with, develop, and deploy AI tools that elevate our agency’s creative and analytical capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: A bachelor’s university degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline).
- Technical Savvy: A strong, native understanding of modern technology, especially internet-based systems, SaaS architecture, and web tools.
- Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of programming concepts (e.g., Python, APIs, script automation) to help test and connect different AI models.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical AI concepts simply to non-technical team members.
- Mindset: A natural problem-solver who is highly curious, self-motivated, and excited by digital innovation.
