Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious AI Developer to join our Kuliyapitiya-based office on a full-time basis (5 days a week). In this key position, you will lead our AI development process and drive cutting-edge artificial intelligence projects for our international clientele. Additionally, you will work closely with our core technical team and cover the responsibilities of Software Engineer Rangana Prasad during his absence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI Development: Drive the design, training, and deployment of AI models for image recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and workflow automation.
- Image Recognition Systems: Build and refine computer vision models to analyse client images, build automated inventories, and optimise operations.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Develop multilingual AI models capable of handling customer service enquiries and automated support systems.
- Process & Sales Automation: Create AI tools to automate business operations, such as sales enquiries and customs support.
- Technical Leadership & Role Coverage: Lead overall AI technical workflows and step in to cover Software Engineer Rangana Prasad’s software development responsibilities when required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with web developers, UI/UX designers, and digital marketing specialists to integrate AI components into client platforms.
- Continuous Innovation: Research emerging AI frameworks and technologies to continuously elevate Asset Digital’s capabilities.
